ENTRY INTO IBW – Chai & Pakoda Breakfast Ride 2025

Terms & Conditions

  1. Wristbands & Entry
    • Each wristband provided against a ticket booking entitles entry for one Rider only.
    • Pillion riders must also procure a valid wristband.
    • Wristbands must be worn at all times during the Ride.
  2. Wristband Care
    • Wristbands are water-resistant but must be handled with care.
    • Damaged, torn, or removed wristbands will not be replaced.
    • Any Rider attempting to misuse or transfer a void wristband will be treated as a trespasser, ejected, and liable for legal action.
    • Rights of admission are reserved by the Organisers, even for valid wristband holders.
  3. Loyalty Programme
    • Riders purchasing tickets for the Ride can avail a top up of the same value – worth Rs 200 on India Bike Week 2025 Pass (Band).
  4. Safety Gear
    • Wearing a helmet and shoes is mandatory.
    • Riders failing to comply will not be issued a wristband.
  5. Prohibited Items
    • Dangerous objects such as weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, laser devices, bottles, etc. are strictly prohibited.
    • Riders carrying such items will be denied participation and may face removal from the venue.
  6. Conduct & Behaviour
    • Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person without refund for misconduct, including but not limited to:
      • Provoking violence, abusive behaviour, or harassment.
      • Use of drugs or alcohol.
      • Obscene gestures, racial abuse, or indecent acts.
      • Refusal to comply with security checks.
  7. Parking & Motorcycle Safety
    • Riders are responsible for safe parking of their motorcycles.
    • Organisers do not guarantee parking spaces and accept no liability for theft, loss, or damage.
  8. Food & Beverage
    • Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
    • Wristbands must be shown to avail of breakfast facilities.
  9. Traffic Rules & Riding Discipline
    • Riders must follow all traffic laws and exercise caution.
    • Rash riding, speeding, stunts, or dangerous manoeuvres (including for social media content) are strictly prohibited.
    • Violators will be removed from the Ride and reported to authorities.
  10. Alcohol & Drugs
    • Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
    • Any Rider suspected of being under influence will be immediately removed and handed over to the police.
    • Organisers are not liable for accidents caused under such circumstances.
  11. Liability & Indemnity
    • Riders attend the Ride at their own expense and risk.
    • Organisers, sponsors, and partners will not be held responsible for injury, death, disability, loss, theft, or damage to person or property.
    • Riders indemnify the Organisers against all claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from their participation.
  12. Assumption of Risk
    • By registering, Riders and pillions acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in a motorbike event, including the possibility of injury, accident, or death.
    • Participation is voluntary and solely at the Rider’s risk.
  13. Photography & Media Consent
    • By attending the Ride, Riders consent to the Organisers using their photographs, video, or audio recordings (including security footage) for any purpose, worldwide, without compensation.
